Sony Music jazz ink illustrations

I was excited to work with Sony Music NY on jazz ink illustrations for their Greatest Jazz Giants promotion. This project included a potential opportunity to design CD album covers featuring some of the greatest names in jazz history. As a jazz lover, combining my art with this incredible music was an absolute joy.
I love drawing jazz scenes, using ink lines to capture rhythm, movement, and the energy of the music. This series featured legends like Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Dave Brubeck, and Sonny Rollins. Each musician’s unique style inspired me to draw moments that celebrated their brilliance.
Although the project didn’t move forward as planned, it led to other exciting jazz album cover commissions. For me, every piece was a tribute to jazz and its timeless legacy, bringing its magic to life.
