I am often commissioned to draw portrait illustrations. My ultimate favourite artist is a great illustrator Bob Peak, I have been influenced by his pen lines since I started drawing. Bob Peak is a master of drawing portraits.

My biggest portrait project was Satori Consultancy’s brandon project. Satori Consultancy had an ideas to use pioneer inventors for their brands. This project was really exciting for me. I only knew the great inventors from my text book at schools, I knew what inventors created, however I never knew how they lived their lives.
I always do the researches before I start drawing, I was fascinated by the stories; how Thomas Edison dropped out from schools, how Martin Cooper tried world first mobile phone on the street in NY in 1973.

The biggest benefits of being illustrator is not only drawing doodles, but also learning and discovering new things every day.

Satori’s portrait branding project was selected as shortlisted by the AOI AWARD judges in 2014.
