Fashion Illustrations

I’d like to expand my skills in fashion industry more, for me it will be a great opportunity to explore more colours.

At the moment my fashion illustrations are mainly black and white, the reason is very simple, I can’t find any better smooth ink than my favourite common writing ink. The common writing ink I use is not waterproof or water resistant, so adding colours in my drawings gets longer process. At the moment I draw separate black and white layer and the coloured layers, and merge them as screen print. This process gets very long, and I’ve been searching my dream water resistant ink for long long time. However recently I heard that one of Japanese ink company makes very smooth water resistant ink. I look forward to order one and test it soon.

Any of you know any good water resistant inks, I’d really appreciate if you could share some information. Thank you!
